What I'm drinking…
Hi friends,
Lately I’ve been drinking mason jars full of “citrus-y” water, along with other fruit infused waters.

I’ve been getting a lot of unpleasant stares and hilarious questions to the tune of “are you on a diet?” (If you know what I look like you’ll know that I can’t afford to go on a diet, but what I can afford to do is eat healthy because being skinny ≠healthy.)

With this in mind I wanted to cut down on the amount of sugar I used and I figured the easiest way to do that is to reduce/cut out juice! It’s crazy the amount of sugar they contain! I started drinking just water but after a while that started to get bland so I decided to spice my water with fruits! Turns out these waters not only taste great, but different combinations also provide different health benefits (more on this later).
