Free Spa Day? ….Sign me up!
A couple weekends ago, we (the Sageroots girls) decide to unwind with some beach time before going through our hair washing rituals.
After running a couple laps on the beach and some exercises in the sand, we hit the water and swam a couple laps. It reminded me of how much I miss the water, and how out of shape I am!

After soaking, we exfoliated our skin with the sand! I must definitely say, this rivals what you can get at the spa.

My skin felt so smooth for the whole week. I even had random people commenting on how smooth and flawless my skin looked. Nothing better than getting a facial for free at the beach!

Get in some exercise, get some quality ‘you’ time and take in the scenery while you’re there!
