    1. Where are your products made?
      All of our products are made in our lab located on Tortola in the British Virgin Islands.
    2. Where should we drop off our Sageroots glass containers for recycling?
      Right now, all empty Sageroots glass containers can be dropped off at Clover’s for recycling. Clover’s is located in the heart of Road Town along Waterfront drive. Its the only yellow and green building in the middle of town! Don’t forget to get your loyalty card stamped after you drop off your containers for an opportunity to get discounts on future orders!
    3. Are your products suitable for vegans?
      While all our products are suitable for vegetarians, Not all are suitable for vegans as we do use beeswax in some of our formulas. Look for the 'V' symbol which indicates the products that are suitable for vegans.
    4. What is the shelf life of your products?
      For safety and best results, we encourage using our products within 3 months of opening.
    5. Do your products contain preservatives.
      While we want our products to be as natural as possible, the safety of our products is also important. All of our products that contain free water also contain natural preservatives that are certified for use in organic products.
    6. How natural are your products?
      Very! We use organic and local ingredients in our products wherever possible, some even come from our Sageroots garden.
    7. My Butter/Balm has melted, is it still safe to use?
      Sure it is! Melting affects the texture, but not the efficacy of the product.
    8. Can Sageroots products be used on sensitive skin?
      Our formulations can be used on sensitive skin, but we encourage users to conduct a patch test to ensure no skin irritation occurs.
    9. How should I store my Sageroots products?
      Exposure to excess heat, UV rays can damage the natural ingredients in our products. Where possible store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Or even better, store in a dark cupboard.
    10. Do you offer refunds?
      Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns, offer refunds or exchanges of the product. However,  if you do have a concern/issue with a product please contact us so that we can address the matter as fairly as possible.
