Detangle Hair Under Running Water?….¿Huh?

I read alot of blogs/ watch a lot of videos / listen to alot of people talk about detangling your hair under running water.

I am by no means knocking this advice…in fact I think its great… (if only water wasn’t such a scarce resource and this wasn’t evident by our constant water shortages.)

I’ve tried detangling my hair once or twice before under running water and it works very well. My only qualm is the amount of water that is wasted doing this! ( I’m pulling my hair out thinking about it!)

Instead of wasting water, what I have done is invested in a spray bottle. I completely saturate my hair with water (until it is soaking wet) and proceed to detangle. This saves all those gallons of water going down the drain as I try to unravel my precious tendrils.

Try it out! Think on the money you’ll be saving on your water bill too (if you don’t own a cistern)!
