Changing up the routine

Hi friends!

I’ve incorporated juices/smoothies into my daily routine…these are some of the ones i’ve made and I just wanted to share them with you. 

It’s juicing time!

A blend of strawberries, watermelon and and juice from a freshly squeezed lemon.

I love apples! But with my braces… It’s hard to bite into one. I cut them up added water… threw it in the blender and viola… apple juice! Not sweet not watery…just right!

This one was my fav! I blended strawberries, kale and bananas ( yes they look a little rough but they are sweet and most importantly local) with water and a touch of honey. 
This is a great way to get your greens and fruits in. 
I love drinking ( and eating healthy) especially when it tastes great!
