An Attitude of Gratitude…
It’s the end of the first week of the new year already!
This year we’ve decided to be a bit more intentional about giving thanks to help us focus more on the positive things in our lives.
To help us do this, we’ve decided to create a ‘gratitude jar.’ At the end of each week, we will write something that we’re grateful for and place it in the jar.

When we are feeling discouraged, when can go to our jar and read about the things we’re grateful for to help lift our spirits.
There are also numerous physical and psychological benefits to adapting this attitude of gratitude.
