Birthed out of Tortola, British Virgin Islands, Sageroots is a team of four ladies with natural hair texture who is enthusiastic about finding healthier alternatives to care for their hair. Our company, Sageroots, provides naturally-derived products for hair and skin and unique handmade hair accessories. We operate out of Clover’s in the heart of Road Town, Tortola.
Inspired by our natural hair care journey, we are also interested in creating a better holistic lifestyle. This includes, health, finance, personal development and more! Come along with us as we discuss all the things that create ‘A Better You’.

Hello! to you the viewers of the blog world…I usually talk a lot so I’ll TRY to be short and to the point. hehehe. I love being a part of Sageroots with my 3 beautiful cousins and we LOVE natural hair! As one of the founders of this company, I believe that it’s important to embrace how God made our hair and use it to our advantage, but most importantly we must strive to keep it healthy. Ok, a little about me, Driven, is the word that comes to mind. I am a manager and owner of other businesses and I seem to be constantly working. But I always make time to hang out with family and friends. I enjoy socializing and meeting new people so I hope that through this blog I can meet and learn more about you! Work smart not hard is my motto, so I am frequently consumed with researching ways to make my life easier in every way. Recently, I have confirmed that my real talent (not singing like the other girls) is being a ‘helping hand’… so here I am eager to share with you things I have learned in my 20 something years on earth and am continually learning every day.
